1. After engraving, it becomes a personal item. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not supported for non quality issues. Trophies and medals are fragile handicrafts. Please avoid bumping or dropping them and make sure to store them properly.
2. Please carefully communicate with customer service before placing an order to understand the size, production cycle, and other information. Once it is appropriate, take a photo.
Once the production of the manuscript is confirmed, regardless of whether it has been sent or not, it cannot be retrieved and returns or exchanges are not accepted.
4. In case of errors caused by the customer's confirmation of future renderings, we will not be able to bear the cost of free replacement (nor accept returns and refunds).
